Acoustic Cameras, masterminded by Pierre Beloüin of Optical Sound, invites composers and sound artists to access webcams and surveillance cameras located around the world in real time. JG has scored a camera which is trained on a fluorescent light in Rzeszów, Poland.
You can find out more about Acoustic Cameras here
Cameras have also been scored by Die Form, Gilles Sonette, COH, Tony Wakeford, Fred Bigot, SFT, eRikm, Etienne Charry, Jarboe and more.
NB:Sometimes JGT’s camera feed cuts out, but if it does, the soundtrack should still be there.
