Thirlwell remarks, &#8220;Ben is amazing, and the album sounds absolutely monumental and epic&#8221;. The album has been recorded over the last seven years at Self Immolation Studios at the Ectopic Ents HQ in Brooklyn, NY. As usual, Thirlwell has composed all the tracks and played all the instruments on the album, with special guest appearances from <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Brian_Chase\"><strong>Brian Chase<\/strong><\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/yeahyeahyeahs.com\/\"><strong>Yeah Yeah Yeahs<\/strong><\/a>), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timoellis.com\/\"><strong>Timo Ellis<\/strong><\/a> (<strong>Netherlands, Cibo Matto<\/strong>), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brendonrandallmyers.com\/\"><strong>Brendon Randall Myers<\/strong><\/a> (<strong>Scarcity, Dither, Glenn Branca<\/strong>), <strong>Laura Wolf, Sami Stevens, Simon Hanes<\/strong> (<strong>Tredici Bacci<\/strong>) and <strong>Jake Baldwin. <\/strong>The album will be entitled <i><b>HALT <\/b><\/i>and is slated for release on November 5, 2025 on <strong>Ectopic Ents<\/strong>.
