Anyone have a lyric sheet from the DEAF vinyl??

i am looking for a hi-res scan of the lyric sheet included with the DEAF vinyl album. jgt is putting together the re-release of DEAF with refreshed artwork, and it would be cool to include a refreshed copy of the original lyric sheet.

600 DPI?

300 DPI?
