Did some searching, he mentioned this in a Popshifter interview two-and-a-half years ago.  I can't find anything about what the current stae of this project is.

It's cool that the remix made it online.  Is there any way to get an audio file from Soundcloud?

*edit* It seems like the project is somehow related to the KLF, which goes a long way towards explaining the inscrutable lack of information about it.

If it's to do with KLF all knowledge was most probably burnt along with the 1M...

I'm on a Mac and if you use Safari open up the Activity monitor and you
can download anything that pops up by option clicking it, pretty sure PC's
would have something similar.

On a PC, I fire up my audio recorder (i.e.: some freebie obtained from download.com that allows one to record and edit .wav files, like Audacity).  then take a short piece of cable with the headphone/mic plugs on both ends, plug one end into my speaker output and the other end into the mic input.  then start recording on my laptop with "mic" as the input source...then press "play" online.  stop recording when done.  edit as needed.

if someone - a band, an entity, whatever, posts a full track online, they are giving it to you.  a gift.  it's not illegal or even immoral - the owner posted the entire track for you to do as you wish...listen, save, download, share, recommend to friend, etc.  i'm not sure how my suggestion implies otherwise...but i'm happy to entertain input to the contrary.

phffft.  i'll save that praise for the next time i am in front of a judge, if you don't mind...
You might get a call:
"Mr. Slam, did you publicly declare the defendant to be 'the best'?   Oh, you did?  Fine then, he obviously did not commit a lewd act with that minor female.  Case dismissed!"

this plays at the end of HIDE on my mp3 device and i must say it works really well musically and thematically as an album closer after O Putrid Sun... give it a go.
